About MIOLO TK
MIOLO TK is a free IOL power calculator for eyes after myopic or hyperopic LASIK or PRK, radial keratotomy and keratoconus.
What it is for
It calculates the intraocular lens power for cataract surgery in corneas changed by previous refractive surgery or by keratoconus, with a toric option, for the right and the left eye on the same page.
Who it is for and when to use it
It is built for cataract and refractive surgeons whose patient had myopic or hyperopic LASIK or PRK, radial keratotomy, or has keratoconus. Choose the matching surgery type at the top of the form before entering the biometry.
What you enter
The previous surgery type, axial length (AL), K1 anterior keratometry with its axis and K2 (its axis follows from K1), anterior chamber depth (ACD), white-to-white (WTW), the A-constant of the chosen lens, the target refraction, and the surgically induced astigmatism (SIA) with the incision axis.
What you get
The recommended IOL power, a toric option with cylinder and implantation axis, tables of power and toric options, a PDF report that can be downloaded or shared, and, for signed-in surgeons, the option to save the case.

- Which keratometry should I enter?
- Anterior keratometry (K or SimK) in K1 and K2, not total keratometry (TK), TCRP, TNP or TCP, as noted above the form.
- Which previous surgeries are covered?
- Myopic LASIK or PRK, hyperopic LASIK or PRK, radial keratotomy, and keratoconus.
- Can I save and print the result?
- Yes. The PDF report can be downloaded, printed or shared, and signed-in surgeons can save the case to their own records.
- Does it work on mobile?
